WARNING: Servicing of "unblocked" versions in the USA

As defined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), it is a federal crime to purchase, own and use an "unblocked" radio receiver able to receive frequencies allocated to cellular phones, unless you have an authorization issued by the US government.
For this reason we are unable to accept repairs of unblocked receivers owned by regular private consumers from the USA and Canada. Support can also only be very limited.

There are two kinds of repair service we can provide.

WARRANTY REPAIR

AOR will repair or exchange parts for your AOR products FREE of charge in the U.S.A. in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

PARTS: New or comparable rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one calendar year from the date of the original purchase of new equipment.

LABOR: FREE of charge for one calendar year from the date of the original purchase of new equipment.

Please include the copy of the receipt or invoice originally received from the dealer. No RA (return authorization) number required for warranty repair.　We will return your AOR products via normal ground transport to the original shipping party. This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occurs during normal use. It does not cover failures due to damage that occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by unauthorized services, modifications, or other maintenance not supplied by AOR. Also, any failures that result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, or damaging environments will result in voiding warranty.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR (See Non-Supported Products)

When your AOR products warranty period has expired, and need to repair, AOR will provide an out of warranty repair services. The customer will pay freight (insured) to the AOR USA, INC. and AOR USA, INC. will return equipment via normal ground transportation to original shipping party. Payments can be made through PayPal (You do not need to have PayPal account to make a payment), Personal check, or Money order (make it payable to AOR U.S.A., INC.). We will return your AOR products via UPS ground transport to original shipping party.

NON-SUPPORTED PRODUCTS

AOR, LTD. and AOR USA, Inc. tries to support all our legacy products as best as possible. However, decreasing availability of OEM parts and supplies for some makes them unsupportable. Because of this, AOR, LTD. and AOR USA, Inc. can only support product currently manufactured or discontinued after December 2010. The list below identifies some of our most popular products that have become unsupportable. Please note that this list may not include all the products discontinued prior to December 2010 and we strongly suggest customers to contact Customer Support via Email and ask about support prior to sending their product in.
